For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Released Parties" means and includes, individually and collectively:

3D Entertainment, Inc.; Trail Hero; Trail Hero Music Fest; Trail Hero Amplified; Monster Energy Company and Monster Energy drinks and beverage-related affiliates; Busch Light; Anheuser-Busch, LLC and its affiliated companies; Washington County Fairgrounds / Legacy Park; all Event sponsors; all Event vendors; all exhibitors; all food and beverage vendors; all alcohol providers, permit holders, concessionaires and servers; all performers, artists, entertainers, DJs, dance instructors and production personnel; all security companies and personnel; all photographers and videographers; all media companies; all contractors and subcontractors; all volunteers; all governmental entities participating in or supporting the Event; all property owners, venue operators and landlords; and all respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, members, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, representatives, insurers, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, estate, personal representatives, successors and assigns, knowingly and voluntarily RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or relating in any way to my attendance at, participation in, entry into, presence at, or departure from the Event.

This includes, to the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, claims arising from:

* ordinary negligence of any Released Party;
* acts or omissions of other attendees;
* crowd movement, slips, trips, falls or collisions;
* dance activities, contests, lessons and after parties;
* concerts, sound levels, lighting effects and staging;
* temporary structures, fencing, barricades, bleachers and seating;
* food and beverage consumption;
* my own voluntary consumption of alcoholic beverages;
* acts or omissions of vendors, sponsors or exhibitors;
* theft, loss or damage to personal property;
* weather, heat, wind, dust or other environmental conditions;
* parking lots, pedestrian areas and vehicle movement;
* emergency evacuation or security incidents;
* and other inherent or reasonably foreseeable risks associated with a live music festival, beer garden, dance event, nightlife event or large public gathering.

THIS RELEASE INCLUDES CLAIMS BASED UPON THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIMS MAY LEGALLY BE RELEASED UNDER UTAH LAW.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to release or waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability arising from gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or statutory alcohol-service liability that Utah law does not permit to be waived.

For your media clause, I would also make the beneficiary group just as broad:

PHOTO, VIDEO, AUDIO & LIKENESS RELEASE

By entering the Event, I grant 3D Entertainment, Inc., Trail Hero, Trail Hero Music Fest, Trail Hero Amplified, Monster Energy, Busch Light, Anheuser-Busch, Event sponsors, Event vendors, media partners, photographers, videographers, broadcasters, production companies, advertising partners, and their respective affiliates, licensees and assigns the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, livestream, record and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, appearance, actions and statements while I am present at the Event.

I authorize those parties to reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, advertise, promote, sublicense and otherwise use such content in any media now known or later developed, including websites, television, streaming, social media, advertising, promotional campaigns, sponsor content, recaps, documentaries, future-event promotions and archival materials.

I understand that I may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings of crowds, concerts, dance floors, beer gardens, vendor areas, after parties, entrances, parking areas and other Event locations, and I consent to such use without additional notice, inspection, approval or compensation.

BY SIGNING BELOW IT CONFIRMS I HAVE READ AND AGREE:
By purchasing or using this of this FREE or paid for ticket, I accept the Trail Hero Music Fest Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Alcohol Acknowledgment and Media Release, including releases benefiting 3D Entertainment, Trail Hero, Trail Hero Music Fest, Monster Energy, Busch Light, Anheuser-Busch, Event sponsors, vendors and other Released Parties.

For something this important, I would have a Utah attorney review the final version before you make it part of ticket purchase or entry. The language can be made very strong, but the exact wording matters—especially around alcohol and minors.
